Cocoa Bean Origin: Pinalum is a small rural village on the northeastern coast of Malekula Island in the South Pacific nation of Vanuatu.
Notes: we collaborated with our friends at Discovery Coffee in Victoria, BC to make this bar. We combined their Rock Bay Blend and our Pinalum Dark Milk chocolate to create a chocolate bar distinctly reminiscent of Mocha.
