Notes: Ocumare is located on the Venezuela coast in Aragua state, which is famous for its special cacao varieties. The small fishing town is adjacent to the Henri Pittier National Park, home to the three-toed sloth. The cocoa beans, collected from fifty-eight cacao farmers are centrally fermented and lightly roasted, giving the chocolate its aromas of walnut and peach.
