Notes: this 72% dark chocolate bar features beans from the Bundibugyo region in Western Uganda. The cacao resulted in a slightly darker chocolate in colour and very distinct flavour from any of our other bars.
We're very happy with the 72% ratio of cacao with the Semuliki bean but have heard from other makers that this bean also shines at higher percentages. We'll try that next!
