Notes: our specially selected pepper grows on vines on the shade trees which protect the cocoa trees from the sun. We've united these two exquisite ingredients to make this fine spicy chocolate. In this subtle combination, the-fruity sweet tartness of the cocoa collide with warm notes of pine kernel and hints of green fruits that are characteristic of Madagascar black pepper.
