Notes: the chocolate developed from these beans is smooth, woody and earthy. It also has expressive notes that evoke autumn scents and tobacco.
The added cocoa butter mellows out the flavour and creates a great mouth feel. On the opposite end of astringency found in the Madagascar 100% bar. (which has no added cocoa butter).
