Days of stone grinding produce a silky texture. Finally, heat with aeration reduces the harsh flavour notes that remain from the roasting step. This is conching. We hope our interpretation of this coveted cacao exceeds your expectations.
The Chuao village in the northern coastal mountains of Venezuela is famous for its unique cacao.
