Notes: we carefully blend our two boldest origins to create our darkest bar yet, made with premium cocoa beans gathered and fermented by our farmer partners: Mama Mpoki in Mababu, Tanzania and Vitaliano Sarabia in San Jose Del Tambo, Ecuador. We’re proud to work with them on our very first blended bar, which marries their Trinitario and Arriba Nacional beans for a big, bold chocolate bar with a strong cocoa flavor.
Tasting notes: smooth nutty roundness with notes of fudge, molasses & burnt caramel.
