Cocoa Bean Origin: Pinalum is a small rural village on the northeastern coast of Malekula Island in the South Pacific nation of Vanuatu.
Notes: Sirene sourced these cocoa beans from smallholder farmers in the northeastern corner of Malekula Island, in a community called Pinalum in the Vanuatu archipelago in the South Pacific. These neighbouring family farms work contiguous patches of land and team up together to send the beans to Sirene with a caramel-y fudge richness, layered with cinnamon and allspice notes.
