Cocoa Bean Origin: A blend of coffee beans, instead of cocoa beans
Notes: making chocolate with only coffee beans was a challenge we set out to do in 2014. We teamed up with our friends from Reykjavik Roasters, who are a passionate bunch of baristas with a deep love for coffee. Together we created this unique blend of coffee and creamy chocolate, that exceeded all of our expectations.
Tasting Notes: popcorn and waffle.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole milk powder, coffee beans, sunflower lecithin.
