Notes: Hojicha (焙じ茶) is a style of roasted Japanese green tea that originated from Kyoto. After steaming, the leaves are roasted to mellow bitterness and develop its unique nutty, roasty aroma. The process browns the tea, giving it an alluring chestnut-brown colour.
Made into a 53% milk chocolate using Ugandan Semuliki Forest organic cocoa beans, the flavour is warm and comforting with a creamy texture.
