Notes: this was our first foray into flavoured chocolate and it's turned out to be a favourite and a winner! Our thoughts were on chai spices when we created this bar and we fell in love with the mixture of cardamom and pepper with the deep earthy chocolate flavour of the Tanzanian bean. 

Tasting Notes: floral with a touch of spice

Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, tellicherry black pepper, organic green cardamom.
