Notes: the beans come from a plantation founded in 2004 by Tobago Estate Chocolate founder Duane Dove . It took six years before the fruit of the labour, the cocoa beans, could be "harvested". The beans are processed by the master chocolatier Francois Pralus in Roanne, France.
