Our 70% Dark Roast has deep chocolate and mocha flavour notes up front which transition to a background red fruit with a subtle earthiness and caramel as the chocolate melts. We've heard from some of you that that this bar has notes of black currant or fig. We use a long conche cycle on this chocolate recipe to create a mellow, subtle chocolate experience.
